The article is devoted to the analysis of the state and development prospects of hydrogen energy in Russia. A brief history of the problem is given, the results achieved to date are shown. The main goals, directions and tasks of the action plan «Development of hydrogen energy in Russia until 2024», adopted in October 2020, are considered in detail. The analysis of the main projects and new technologies in the field of hydrogen energy, on which Russian specialists are working, are shown, their achieved and expected ones are shown. results. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for international cooperation of Russia in the field of production and use of hydrogen. It is concluded that Japan is considered one of the most promising countries for bilateral cooperation in Russian government circles.

The analysis of the crisis phenomena of the early 20s of the XXI century and their impact on the ontological picture of the world, the goals and objectives of the energy transformation is carried out. Hypotheses about a new ontology of development and a new formula of energy transition are presented, their disclosure is given on examples of new energy practices. A mechanism for further practical work to test these hypotheses and turn them into a semantic platform for the energy of the future is proposed.

December 2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the adoption of the State Plan for the Electrification of Russia (GOELRO). The historical document was of broader significance than the general plan of the country's economic development. He embodied the idea of a new civilization. In this article, the author, without repeating the classic assessments of the historical GOELRO Plan and its implementation, examines three issues: the ideology of electrification as the basis of socialist transformations in Russia at the beginning of the 20th century; methodology of energy planning in relation to the economic development of the country; the technological role of energy and information development in the formation of a new Russian civilization.

The article examines the state of the nuclear power industry at the present stage from the point of view of making decisions on the expansion or reduction of nuclear generation. The role of nuclear power in the energy balance, its pros and cons as a source of electricity, decision¬making schemes for the construction of new power units and possible ranges of this type of generation in the forecast period are shown. The conclusion is drawn about possible approaches to the development strategy of the Russian nuclear industry.

Renewable energy sources using is associated with the need to solve problems of guaranteed energy supply to consumers. In current practice, these issues are resolved either by feeding systems with renewable energy sources from existing energy systems, or by creating duplicate autonomous sources on fossil fuels, or by using storage systems with high-capacity electricity storage devices. In this article the prospects for the renewable energy sources main types combined using with the creation of additional energy sources based on biomass are considered.

The article analyzes the need for and place of application of energy storage systems. The main types of energy storage systems are considered in detail and the possibilities of localizing their production on the territory of Russia are studied. In addition, the task was set on the need to develop a center for testing and certification of energy storage devices.
